"Made our shop smell so much fresher"
We’ve been using Aroma Care Solutions in our shop, and it’s made a really nice difference. The scent is definitely noticeable, but not overpowering, which I appreciate. A few customers have even commented on how good the place smells. We did have one small delay with refills, but other than that, it’s been working well for us. I’d recommend it if you want your space to feel a bit more welcoming

"Good value for what I paid"
The price was fair, and overall I’m happy with it. Nothing fancy, but it did what I needed and felt worth the money, especially for the little details at this price point

The box showed up a bit squashed, which had me worried at first, but luckily nothing inside was broken. Still, I’d feel better if it were packed more securely next time, just to avoid the risk of damage during shipping.

I was able to find what I needed, so that part was good. Some of the pages just felt a little clunky to click through, though. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like the navigation could be smoother?

"Delivery took forever and the terms changed"
The delivery was way slower than I expected. When I ordered, it seemed like it would arrive in a few days, but it ended up taking ages. What annoyed me even more was that the terms seemed to change after the fact, and there weren’t any clear updates to explain what was going on. Not a great experience, to be honest

"Decent products, but the subscription was a hassle"
I thought the products were fine overall, but my experience with the subscription wasn’t great. I needed to pause it for a month and expected it to be straightforward, but it ended up taking more effort than it should have. I had to poke around for a while and eventually contact support to get it sorted out. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I really wish there were easier and more flexible options for managing the subscription

I was really hoping there’d be more to choose from, but the selection felt limited. I found a few basic things, but not enough variety for what I actually needed. It was disappointing, i’d expect at least an apology for how little was available

"Pretty happy with this diffuser"
I got this diffuser from Aroma Care Solutions it’s been working well so far. The mist comes out nice and steady, which I like, and after a little bit the room starts smelling really good. I keep forgetting it’s on sometimes, though it’s not completely silent—there’s a small hum, but it doesn’t really bother me. Also, it looks decent sitting out, which is a plus. Overall, I’m happy with it

"Got Frustrated Quickly"
I went onto Aromacaresolutions hoping to have a quick look around and maybe find a few product details, but it turned into one of those annoying browsing sessions almost right away. I was on my phone, just trying to find some basic info, and the pages felt a bit all over the place. A few sections didn’t load smoothly either, so I kept having to wait or backtrack. Maybe the products themselves are good, but the site made it harder than it needed to be. After a few minutes of clicking around and getting nowhere, I just gave up.

"Disappointing scent and not worth the hassle"
I ordered this fragrance expecting something fresh and pleasant, but it smelled weak and a little strange. It faded after maybe 10 minutes, which was really disappointing for the price. I tried getting some help because I wasn’t sure if I got a bad bottle, but I ended up feeling passed around and didn’t really get a clear answer. Overall, not a great experience and I don’t think I’d buy it again

"Aftercare could’ve been better"
The fitting itself was fine, but when I needed help afterwards, it took ages to get a reply. Because of that, the aftercare didn’t feel very useful.

I had two orders show up late, and support took a while to get back to me. It’s not even about the delays themselves as much as just not knowing what’s going on or when to expect things. Overall, it was a bit frustrating
"Lasted longer than others I’ve tried"
I was surprised by how long the scent stayed on. I’ve used similar products before that faded after a couple of hours, but this one lasted for most of the day on me.

"Left hanging when I really needed help"
I tried reaching out to them twice about my order and felt like I was shouting into the void. Days went by with absolutely nothing back, and I was getting more and more frustrated just waiting for some kind of update.
When they finally did reply, it was this tiny, unhelpful message that barely answered anything. I had to chase them again and still didn’t get a clear answer. The whole thing was so stressful and disappointing, genuinely some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. I definitely won’t be using them again
